Note you can’t store your bags at the hotel after checkout, even in the storage lockers - you can use the lockers at Atami station or one of the places across the road from the station."

"The Hotel is simply amazing Historic and Pristine And other than an issue with the Server at the French/Main Dining Room everything else was fantastic Staff was extremely fine and you have to watch the Video of the 2018-2020 Gut Restoration to truly see what went into the Hotel.
