"We were on the terrace level however I did not realize that meant we had to carry our luggage down a very steep hill and back up that hill when we left. I thought booking the ground floor would prevent that issue. I only ask that it is made clear ahead of time."

"The staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was very good & substantial. The rooms were nice, but I would not consider them as 5 star other than Ogunquit being a resort. It is a little too long of a walk to Marginal Way & the beach. Use the golf cart guy for $5 or the trolley which does not run year round. I highly recommend Ogunquit."

"We thought the heated bathroom floors were a wonderful touch! Parking is tricky and spots are narrow, but we walked most places since everything was close by. Could have used different pillows for side sleepers but they weren’t terrible. Lastly, the staff was wonderful! They were all friendly and offered assistance, even if we didn’t ask. I had a problem with a reservation and they were very accommodating. Thank you! So excited to plan our nice trip!"
