Pros: excellent location in Times Square, fast elevators, finishing the renovations, friendly staff, price was good for area, room was quiet Cons: was in line for check in for 45 minutes, rooms were dated and the TV and blinds weren’t working, lines for breakfast were also very long, beds were small and uncomfortable. A lot of the hotel was still under renovation so take the review of service with a grain of salt.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton NY Times Square. We visited the city with our teenage grandson. Even though the hotel lobby was under construction, the hotel staff was very helpful, kind and generous with their time. One staff member took the time to instruct us on how to navigate the subway to CitiField. From this hotel we were a short walk to Central Park.
