After an exhausting day, I arrive at 11 p.m. to check in, give my ID card, and ask the guy to give me the invoice so in the morning I can leave right away without wasting any more time. He replied that he could only issue the invoice the next day, but if I left him the details, he would let me prepare it.
The next morning, the invoice was not ready, and his colleague told me he had to make it, so he asked me for the data again.
I leave the hotel and go to a business appointment at a firm, and I need my ID card. I looked in my bag and saw it was not there, so I called the hotel, and they told me they had it.
I am an hour away, so I asked them if they could send it to me.
The girl, Denise, talks to the manager and tells me they can send it, but I have to pay the shipping costs.
I pointed out to her that the mistake was theirs; they were the ones who did not return the ID to me, but she stood firm on her decision.
Needing it, I went back, wasting time and, gasoline, morale; given the attitude and given the various disservices, I am sure I will never go back to one of their hotels; moreover, the pillows are very soft, and it is impossible to sleep comfortably, let's also add that it is not possible to turn off the air conditioning, I don't know if because the switch was broken or because it is mandatory to have it on, in the morning I had a stuffy nose, most likely the filters are not cleaned well.
