The hotel appeared to be in the process of renovating. Our original room had a broken air conditioner that was broken so we were immediately moved. The new room was ok. We had no towels or wash cloths but went to the front desk and was given towels and hand towels. We did not receive any clean towels or wash cloths the rest of stay. The trash was not taken from the room. Not sure house keeping ever came. Didnât spend a lot of time in the room. Could have been better.
The hotel needs quite a bit of updating to feel comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful but the property is in rough shape. The location is well suited for trips in and around Pigeon Forge.
Room was disgusting dressers were damaged. Said hot tub in description but it was just a garden tub with jets. No blankets on beds. When i went to office to get blankets they gave me 1 for 2 beds. Said they had a shortage on them. Will not stay again. Left 2 days early from trip
The floors were filthy. The hot tub did not work. One of the toilets did not work. The coffee machine was missing. One of the beds was missing a comforter one of the other comforters had a dead bug in it so we couldnât use it. The microwave was Rusty. The lampshade still had plastic wrap on them that said please remove before use. There was not enough toilet paper and no one came to give fresh towels, fresh bedsheets, or anything during the day. There is a very suspicious and gross looking stain on the couch. All of the desk and table services were sticky and dirty. Our trash cans were never emptied, and they got very full. When I asked the staff for extra blankets, they did not give us any.
We needed one night to stay before heading to our cabin as we extended our trip. When we pulled up we felt like the place looked fine. Nothing fancy, but would serve its purpose. We checked in late around 10pm. Staff came off a little cold but I thought âwhatever, itâs an inexpensive place for just one nightâ. Upon entering the room we noticed the floor was sticky. The bathroom was disgusting with a hole in the wall, dirty floor and tub with a terrible repair job and hair laying around. No shower for us. After deciding the sheets were clean we decided we would just deal with it, we would be there less than 12 hours. After bringing our things in I realized there was no way to lock the door from the inside. Half the safety lock was missing. I decided we were in a safe area, we were exhausted, itâs fine. So we crawled into bedâŠit wasnât uncomfortable but it creaked and popped when I moved. Well, at one am I woke up to the sound of the door handle rattling around. I jumped up and yelled. Then there was a knock. Heart pounding, I peek through the curtain. Itâs an employee. She tells me that the computer showed the room was vacant. She half apologized, took my last name and left. Hard to sleep after that adrenaline rush of terror. Never again.
The room was not clean. The heat was on when we arrived in the room (keep in mind, itâs summer). The floor was dirty. There was no washcloths even at the front desk. The beds were uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.
I paid $34 including taxes and fees for this night, so I wasnât expecting much. I just really need a place to sleep. However, this was probably one of the worst experiences Iâve had lodging. The first room I was given was broken into and someoneâs possessions were outside the room. I got a new room which did not lock, but thatâs fine, I put two chairs in front of the door. There were small bugs in the sheets of one bed and the shower was abysmal and unclean with a significant amount of hair in the bottom like someone had shaved in it. This is the first hotel I didnât really feel safe in and actually brought everything I had in my car into the hotel with me. Anyway, it was $34. So, it definitely is the cheapest motel Iâve ever been in in 2025.
If staying for more then 1 night, you have to go to the office to get towels, trash bags and sheets, housekeeping does not come in during your stay. Had to put towels and trash outside the door for then to pick up
Stay was ok. Bathtub needed to be replaced as their was duct tape covering a crack on the floor and the floor felt rather ginger as you stood in it taking a shower.
Only 2 out of 4 lamps worked the bath tub needs replaced. The fire alarm was beeping for low battery at 1:30 am. The pool was falling apart. 3 police showed up at the next room
Checked in day before via text message, was told it would cut down on check-in time but when I got there had to do it all over again. I had already paid for the room but was informed I had to pay a deposit also, which I was unaware of. There was 2 adults and 3 children in our stay. We got to the room and there was only 2 towels for all of us. The faucet in the bathroon sink was not even secured it just hung there. Also the bathtub was pitted. They never came around to clean our room once during our stay. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the price.
Inget wifi.
First, there was a $75 fee PER room we didnât know until we was there. Second, we had to move rooms. We have two rooms. Both were nasty, like they havenât been cleaned. The room we moved from was freshly crappy paint on the tub. Then looked like it was taped off. Had blood / poop in the floor.
This was one of the worst hotel me and my family has ever stayed in tv didn't work
One of the rooms didn't even have a tv cable cord was hanging out of the wall there was holes in the walls they didn't even want to give us enough towels there was 5 of us they give us to towels air conditioner only worked when it wanted to please people never stay there if you dont have to me and my family will sleep in the van before we stay there again
The room was absolutely disgusting, my daughter and I had to go buy Lysol, Clorox wipes and bleach to clean the entire room and the bathroom. We also had to go ask for clean sheets, the guy at the front desk said, I guess the housekeepers didnât do their job.
