The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. So i told the guy that it wasn't specified during the reservation that they have a limited acceptation for cards and he replied me that it was because I booked with Expedia. he called the manager and the solution that they gave to me were : to contact my bank (IT'S NIGHT IN ITALY THAN MY CARDS HAVE NO PROBLEM I PAID EVERYWHERE) to find a solution or to RE BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL plus without having my money back becuse the reservation was made with expedia!!! I pretend to find a solution me and my wife are in honey moon and we are here just because we made a long trip today and it's just a stop before los angeles. He called again the manager and they accept to just take the data of my card without taking any money. They were really unprofessional. Telling us to rebooked a hotel in a place that we don't know,at night!!! And we alreadu paid the room!!
