The room was quite uncomfortable for my family of four. The beds and the stone furniture have sharp right angles, which hurt my kids. The room was tiny, even by NYC standards, as it was impossible to find space to put our suitcases. The worst part was the bathroom, which had a small step to get into, so it's easy to stub your toe. The shower inexplicably had no door, so the bathroom floor would get flooded after every shower. To top it off, there was constant noise (honking and sirens) from Times Square, even on the 22nd floor.
