Did not expect very much, given that the room cost was a fraction of the hotel next door where we had wanted to stay but which had no vacant rooms.
We took a standard room (there are better rooms) which was spacious, clean, air-conditioned (controls a little dated but very effective), with en-suite shower and WC,
Facilities - it is run as pert hostel, part hotel and does not have a glamorous reception are. Some food is available (kosher but not superised), and there is a reception drink for new arrivals at 6.30 pm.
More elaborate meals can be arranged at the Yearim Hotel next door, and guests can on request use the Yearim swimming pool,
So there are many plusses, I would givethe hotel a good 3-star rating at a very reasonable price.
