After specifically asking not to be right next to the elevator, we were put in the room closest to the elevator. We called room service twice to get replacements for feather pillows (allergic) and got a voicemail with promise of a callback that never happened. So we were short 3 pillows. Breakfast buffet was poorly marked vs the made to order. The line for made to order was very long because the buffet food was mostly cold (eggs, sausage). Kids were running thru the elevator lobby and screaming late into the night.
