I had a booking for 2 nights. I had even called prior to check in to try and check in early. We were in Denver for a wrestling tournament. We were not able to come until 7pm. I was told they did not have a room available. They didn't even have the room that I ordered in hotel..com. Some woman with pink hair was the general manager told me that it was hotel.com fault for the listing. Since they were franchised, they were not able to book me a room with a sister hotel. I had to find another hotel. When I filed a complaint for a refund, I was denied a refund. The hotel stated I never came in for my reservation!
Ps: it was extremely run down as if it was more of an apartment than a hotel...
