Hi:
My name is Manfred Schreyer, and I arrived on Saturday, Aug. 24th at the hotel to visit the Opera. I checked in late afternoon, changed, went to the Opera and afterward I visited with my friends.
I arrived back at approximately midnight at my room and noticed that the A/C in my room (I believe it was #2123) was very, very noisy, and I woke up multiple times from the noise of running and off/on switching. In other words, I DID NOT have a pleasant night at the hotel.
The next morning I told the front desk about it and her answer was: "We could have switched your room, if it was noisy" -REALLY??-
You know to pack up clothes, etc and to switch room is crazy in the middle of the night!
I am very, very disappointed in my stay and in the facilitation of the process.
Before I write a Google review, I would like to inquire about if you would accommodate a discount process for my next stay, because I believe my previous stay was unacceptable for any guest.
I previously had written a message on your Facebook Page with no repsonse from your end.
