I have stayed at this hotel before apparently under different management and had a much better experience, but this time was an absolute nightmare. The front desk and reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms but were split across opposite ends of the hotel, separating me from my kids, while the rest of our large family party was placed together.
I went to the front desk every single day trying to get us moved, and when a room came available to us, they stuck us in an ADA room that was extremely uncomfortable for my tall husband. To make matters worse, the manager tried to upcharge me for an upgrade that my other family members received for free. When I told them I would be posting a review, they didn’t care — it was clear they saw us as unimportant guests.
This was supposed to be a memorable family vacation, but the hotel’s indifference and poor service ruined it. I will never come back, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a welcoming, customer-focused stay in Cabo to look elsewhere.
