This place might look great in the pictures, but the surrounding area is filled with construction and garbage and it is on the outskirts of Rabat, which means you will need to have your own transportation to be able to move around. There is no front desk, just a person by the door, and if anything goes wrong with the apartment, there is no one to fix it or take care of it. We had no air conditions during our recent stay, and the apartment was warm and stuffy, and the answer we received was that the technician works from 9 am to 9 pm only. We couldn't open the windows because of bugs. Worse, we lost power 5 times during one night, and there was nothing they could do about it because the technician was gone. The water was hot one minute and then turned icy cold afterwards. The apartment was fairly new, but it seems that it was not well maintained. You couldn't sit on the toilet without making a loud noise no matter how much you try to be quiet. The TV in the living room was large and there was a nice couch and two chairs, but the couch does not turn into a sleeping sofa as they tried to describe it. There is also one remote control for the living room TV and main bedroom TV, so you could only watch one tv at a time, which is ridiculous. All in all, this was a very disappointing experience, and being offered a free breakfast in the morning to make up for all the screwups was a slap in the face. Find somewhere else to stay in Rabat and stay away from this place.
