It’s a gem outside of Munich . The only complaint I have is the lack of transportation if you arrive late . Otherwise, it’s a quaint town with people just go around doing their business.

A lovely gem in Bavaria
In Munich for business & decided to have an authentic hotel stay rather than a city stay and selected here and received a lovey welcome and stay. Very clean, food was excellent, the oompah band and the staff also very attentive, special shout out for Jackie as she was warm lovely and friendly too. Room very comfortable, alas I had issues with the TV not working (thank goodness for Netflix) but the ambience & location made up for it all. Yes I’d stay here again in such a picturesque VERY clean and immaculate part of Bavaria.

A very nice village with a cosy marketplace and beautiful colorful buildings. The hotel was very clean, great spacey family room, though the focus of the personnel appeared to be more on the beer garden/restaurant. The food is very good in the restaurant, and do try the local beers. The breakfast was quite limited, it seemed like it had to be done quickly in between other activities. In the weekend unlimited parking in front of the hotel, throughout the week there is a parking around the corner.

Sehr netter Brauereigasthof in dem malerischen Ort Altomünster. Sehr nette Bedienung. Gute bayrische Küche und ein fantastisches Bier. Einziges Manko. Es gab keinen Ventilator für das Zimmer. Aber bei offenem Fenster, wenn die Küche geschlossen hat, ließ des sich dann doch ganz gut schlafen. Preisleistung passt ! Absolut empfehlenswert.
