Nice hotel but watch out your belongings
We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Our experience was completely ruined by the fact that pieces of our clothes and make-up were stolen from the room on the second day, which is absolutely unacceptable in any kind of hotel.
We have to admit that the location is excellent, taking into account that it is literally few minutes walking from Ipanema and Copacabana beaches and neighbourouhoods (the two recommended locations for tourists) and General Osorio metro station. Overall, the hotel is nice and the rooms are furnished better than the average Brazilian standard. Despite all this, we were given a room adjoined to another one and we could hear all noises coming from the adjacent room as if we were sharing the same room. The same happened also for noise coming from the corridor or outside the hotel due to the window a/c system.
The hotel serves an ordinary breakfast on the upper floor, on a terrace with Jacuzzi and very nice view.
