Needed an earlier check in but could not get one because I booked through hotels.com. Said they could not accommodate a request for a room change but had I booked through Hilton, it wouldn’t have been a problem. At 3:30, room was still not available, but they were able to change the room then. Check in was 4. Nice that they were able to do it then; but why not at the first request? I had a meeting at 4 and did not have time to refresh beforehand.
Room was also VERY small. Not ideal for business travelers. There is a fold down shelf at the end of the bed for a desk, but the chair doesn’t fit so you have to sit on the bed. You will see this in the pictures. There are common areas to work, but when I was there, they were jammed with people and very loud.
