I booked for us to stay at the Elegant Suites hotel. When we were at the airport heading out, I got a text message informing me that our reservation has been changed to a different address right next to the original hotel. Instead of checking in at the front desk of a hotel like we're used to, I kept getting text messages from 3 people, informing me where to meet the person who was going to give us the keys to the property. We finally met up with one person outside of the property who walked us up to the condo where we would be staying. As I had mentioned on our arrival day, we thought it was not very professional to be handed over to another entity that we didn't make our reservation with on the day of our check in without being given any choices. Outside of that, the condo we stayed in was decent and close to the original location as stated. The owners/individuals we communicated with during were responsive in a timely manner to our inuiries regarding WI-FI issues and batteries for the remote control. On our check out day, there was a bit of back and forth regarding where we would leave the keys-originally we were told to leave the keys on the dinning room counter and then on the day of check out, to leave it in the box at the Hasty Market. It was eventually straightened out and was not a problem. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the front desk like we're used to to walk around until our departure to the airport but it didn't look like it was an option.
The room I booked was apparently unavailable. So I was placed in another room. Wasn't a big deal. We still had a decent view. Room was a bit rough but not really a big issue. The big issue I had was the cleanliness. There was dirt everywhere. large clumps of dust and dirt. The glassware was filthy. Towels were stained.
I contacted the manager. They responded quickly and provided a quick solution. They dispatched a cleaner to the room and had the room cleaned. It wasn't' perfect but they did make a solid effort to remedy the issue.
I would recommend this property. with a word of caution. You get what you pay for.
From check in till check out the Guestic's company failed at every aspect of the stay. No have never had a worse experience with a rental either condo/home or hotel in or out of country than this. What was suppose to be a memorable 83rd birthday trip for my Father and his grandson left me wonder how or "who" contributed all the positive reviews for this property. If you are looking to stay for the locations; all the inconveniences and headaches are not worth the stay. My Father who is not opinionated, had to give his 2 cents to the customer service supervisor who was rude & unreasonable! had to step in and stick up for me.
Perfect for a family getaway, need a key fob to get in building and to access the elevator which I find great for security.. located 3 min walk from union station cn tower arena and grocery store had a tunnel access directly from hotel ⊠the only suggestion or comment/complaint I have, the pullout couch comforter needs to be changed as ours was stained, other than that great stay great views
Some lights are not working, even floor lamp, some crockey is damage,like glass and coffee cup have crack, only 2 elevaters for this highrise, most time waite time from 10 min to 15 min atleast. Great location,great views, walking distance to most attractions.
Property is generally nice and the view is awesome. Walking distance to financial district as well as many entertainment options. Only annoying thing I found during my stay was the complete unreliability of the WiFi within the unit, contacted the customer service who were not able to help and I ended up having to do a hotspot from my phone. Overall an okay experience but I will think twice before using it again. Thanks

The check in is late at 5pm which during the week would put you in bad traffic.
We booked two rooms. The rooms were great, lots of space, great views. However I was pretty disappointed with the way they went about charging me. I had first selected this room based on the price displayed on Expedia. After I booked the room, they sent another invoice for $150 cleaning fee per room. I thought this was uncalled for. It came up as a 'hidden fee'. To be attracted by a lower fee initially and then after booking, bump up with a hidden fee felt very wrong to me.
