This is a wonderful hotel for a reasonable price, especially for last-minute/unexpected stays. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and accommodated my request for extra pillows no problem (I have had experiences where some hotels are not very happy with this request, so it meant a lot to me that the request was not an issue!) The room was bigger than expected (I stayed in a standard single) and had a comfortable couch which was nice to be able to spread out and relax. The bed was soft and comfy and the pillows were great, they held their fluff and provided a comfortable sleep experience! They say that they cannot guarantee a completely quiet stay, but I had no issues with the minimal noise. I stayed in the first room after the lobby and while there was some noise from light renovations, it was not at all distracting or inconvenient. The rooms contain sound very well so the minimal noise was not an issue for falling & staying asleep, or an annoyance for the time I was awake. I do appreciate their honesty in their listing though, very honest people that provide a great accommodation for the best price around! I will absolutely keep them in mind for future stays in the area!

This was rated 6.6 when we booked it, but it was not a 6.6. The check-in area was clean, but the rooms were not. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The towels were very thin. The sheets didn't inspire confidence either.

I am from the area of Toledo,Oh. The outside is nice but the inside tells a story. The check-in was fine but inside the room was different from other hotels; there was no plastic or paper cups, no telephone to call front desk, no coffee maker in the room and the trash can line was from a store. Just trying to change channels on the Television was difficult had to google the number to speak with customer service to figure out the channels, front desk knocked on the door saying take a picture of the hand written channel list. During check out front desk asked what was the condition of the room.

I have stayed in many hotels and I was underwhelmed with the facility and lack of amenities. I didn't expect much for the price I paid, but some basics were missing. The carpet was not clean, the linen was nearly see thru, there was NO phone, microwave or iron and ironing board in the room.
