Camera sporca al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto lottare per avere asciugamani nuove e pulizia della stanza quotidiana( cosa che non sempre succedeva). Unica cosa buona la posizione

Jeg overnattede i 201790 samme hotel, dengang det fineste og mest hyggelige lille butik hotel i charmerende gade. Denne gang var oplevelsen desværre meget dårlig, hotellet er i totalt forfald, huller i vægge, dårlig seng, vinylgulv, wifi som var meget ustabilt, tv virkede ikke og lyset blinkede. Personalet talte kun spansk og havde mere travlt med at være på deres mobil, end at hjælpe. Området var også blevet utrygt. Så lad være med at booke der. Jeg kommer aldrig tilbage.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in going back 50 years. Tiny room, bed smashed in the corner of the room. No side tables. If you’re on the inside against the wall, crawl over partner to go to the bathroom. One light hanging from the ceiling. Bed takes up 80% of the tiny room area. This room opened into the front entry/reception area. Tiny bathroom with sink so narrow it’s hard to fit both hands into the sink at the same time. Bathroom door knob is so tight beware of skinning knuckle Suggest anywhere else

La chambre réservye type deluxe c'est transformé en chambre de 8m2 sans fenêtres, ni chaise, ni placard, ni meuble, ni porte manteau...aucun équipement mis à part la clim.et la Tv...je n'ai paw eu la pprestation que j'avais payé...

We had the absolute best experience staying at Hotel 414 during our time in NYC. We were there for 10 days while working 14-hour days at the pier for HYROX, and after such long, exhausting days, coming back to a place where we felt welcomed and cared for meant so much. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Bob and the two wonderful ladies at the front desk were some of the kindest, most genuine people we have ever met while traveling. They were always so attentive, respectful, helpful, and encouraging. From great conversations in passing to checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality and positive energy made a huge difference during such a busy and demanding time. It’s rare to find people who care so much about their guests, and they truly embody what exceptional customer service should be. Thank you, Hotel 414, for taking such great care of us. We will absolutely remember the kindness we experienced here and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC!

The room wasn't properly cleaned; one of the curtains was old and broken. It hadn't been cleaned well—there was trash left by a previous guest in the bin. The checkout time differed from what was listed on the website.
