The house is cute. Walked into the first bedroom, noticed a bug on my pillow. Not happy about that at all. Sent a message to the host, she contacted evolve and I was told they would contact me. Nobody called my phone. My husband and I then got up and started searching around the whole room to make sure it wasn’t a bed bug. Thank God, it wasn’t! A couple of hours later I go to read my e-mails and I have a message from evolve saying the owner would pay for the cleaning crew to come back. At this time, I’m livid because we wasted all that time making sure it wasn’t a bed bug and I even said I was expecting a call from you. NO RESPONSE back! You have to pay for the pool and the lake, which is $12.00 per person. The rug in the bedroom on the first floor looked dirty to me. So I took a picture and e-mailed it to evolve. No response at all! Like I said the place is cute, but could be cleaner for the price they charged!
