Don't pay until you've seen the room. You will not get back your money. We made this mistake. The room and hotel were dirty and in need of renovation. We didn't want to stay one night. The manager promised we will get back the money, but this has to be done via the portal we booked, he told. The Expedia service team was told by the manager that the refund would be refused, citing the cancellation policy. According to the motto: I'll never see these guys again.
