The check-in process was not explained to us. We needed a room number and a code before arriving but this was not given. There were no staff on site and we had to call someone. The picture provided of the hotel barely matches the building there today. There was no option to pay at the 'hotel' so I had to pay through a link which was simultaneously advised to do and not to do by OYO. Confusing and irritating. The room smelled like wet dog, the window was stuck open due to misaligned installation. There were stains on the bedding and I woke up with a rash on my face (I am allergic to fur so the only reasonable explanation I can muster is the wet dog smell came from fur which subsequently irritated my face) the radiator was warm at the bottom and not the top so needs apparent bleeding should the room be actually looked after.
