The hotel itself is not bad and the location is good, but unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, as the website indicated that it was available. However, upon arrival I discovered that it was still closed. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked a different hotel.
The check-in process was also frustrating. The self-service kiosks in the lobby were very slow, creating long queues, and the staff assisting guests appeared extremely stressed and impatient, likely due to the number of people waiting.
To make matters worse, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking me up along with the entire hotel.
The following morning, while I was taking a shower, a member of the housekeeping staff entered my room at around 10:00 AM without knocking or giving any warning. This was completely unacceptable.
I expected much better from a Radisson Blu hotel.
