New management.
I was in town for a meeting and managed to finish my day way earlier then I anticipated. So I though I would ask for an early check in (1pm)
I have been staying at this hotel since they opened...
New staff at the front desk , she when and got the manager. The new manager told me that next time I was to check in early extra charges will be Apply; Policy of the branch..
I stayed with other Wyndham... never I was told or received this way.
Also in my experience, never I encounter this situation. And I travel a LOT with work.
The hotel was definately not sold out the day prior, hôtels in Bonnyville have been a bit more slow lately.
Not the right approach to keep your loyal customer.
I will be staying at a different establishment, next time I’ll be in town.
