Room was clean and clearly updated, there is no breakfast and no kitchen supplies so you have to ask for supplies like plates. The staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was easy and overall very quiet property.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The place was very clean. The beds in our room as well as the neighbor guest and my friends beds, you cannot move in the bed without it constantly squeaking. I could hear people because the bed squeaked so badly. There should be a blow dryer in each room.

The man at the front desk was an amazing first interaction with this property! I was only able to stay for one night but I hope to come back and enjoy a longer stay with them as it was wonderful. They have everything extremely clean and well taken care of.

When I arrived in my room the tv didn't work. After an hour of trying to fix, they finally moved me to another room. TV worked. However this morning, when I showered my feet left black footprints in the shower. The hard-something floors were so dirty that they turned my feet black. Additionally the refrigerator made dinasaur noises all night which were somewhat sleep disturbing.

Everything was perfect except they are experiencing a little pain after being open for a week. The TV in one room didn’t work. The maintenance man was on it immediately and tried all levels of troubleshooting to fix it. We had a couple of rooms so not fixing it didn’t really matter. Staff including maintenance was absolutely fantastic. I would stay again easily. Wish they had a pool.

My AC never worked. Called maintenance who reset it and told me to wait a few hours. It didn’t work. Called the front desk who told me I waited too long, maintenance was gone, they didn’t have a fan, no other rooms were available. I had to find another hotel.

The hotel was very nice, brand new, & clean. Our room was clean but bare. No curtains so the light shined through the blinds. Very clean! The check in process - the woman (I think her name is Mrs Margo) was soooo extremely nice. She was the only person working and was very bombarded with check ins, phone ringing off the hook, needy entitled potential guest wanting a tour of the property at 8:00pm and to look in their potential room demanding a certain rate, all while multiple families were trying to check in. She was the sweetest and did not let that affect her attitude at all though. I felt extremely bad for her and obviously not one single person should be the only one working a hotel at night. That’s unsafe and overwhelming. Mrs Margo was also trying to protect herself by wearing a mask and gloves. The gloves don’t protect you though if you are constantly wearing them. You are just spreading the germs from surface to surface. The best thing to do is to wash your hands multiple times! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!!!
