Last minute hotel when our other hotel go through, this was a good choice, or so we thought. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we were on our way to Canada that we found out that there was no air conditioning. The air conditioner had broke and we were promised a fan. Not only was there no fan in the room when we got there, there was no elevator. We had to walk four flights upstairs with all of our luggage. While the room looked great, being on the 4th floor with no AC almost 90° weather, and it being 89.9 degrees Fahrenheit inside was extremely important. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. If it weren't for the lack of an elevator and AC, I would have rated this place as excellent. Although, it was nice to be able to do the laundry. Unfortunately, we had to leave the apartment when we put the dryer on because it got so hot that it was difficult to breathe inside the apartment.
