I often stay here when on business in Geneva due to its central location, super easy train from/to airport including very early flights. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but very comfortable, excellent quality mattress, and well isolated (no street noise despite the busy location in a room facing the cathedral). I did not have breakfast this time, but last time, the buffet offer was varied and fresh. The only thing they should improve (and seems to have decreased significantly since my previous stay) is the uneven quality of the reception staff. Some are super friendly and helpful, while (too) many and always the same, are on minimum effort mode: for ex barely looking at us and greeting, not even bothering to give us the room key close to where we are waiting and rather putting it on the counter in front of where they are standing. Even if it is just 1 meter away and a detail, it is an expected minimum attention to and respect for the client.
