Having stopped at this hotel numerous times over the past 14 years it was sad to see the clear neglect covid19 has had on the Hotel, with no manager on site and a staff who have clearly become lazy.
upon checkin i was even asked to pay upfront as they did not believe i had paid Hotel.com and my checkin was only cleared once i showed my online banking statement .
rooms were a bit tired,, dirty walls and sheets that did not fit ,i had to replace the towels 5 times as they were old and smelt offensive once they got wet . i would not use them to wipe my floor. this hotel was meant to be the expensive treat of my 6 day holiday and it ended up being the most disappointing
