Not to be recommended
The Hotelnis very faraway from the historical center of Marrakech (La Medina) and it is in the middle of nowhere (no shops not even to buy some mi real water!!) Guests are trapped there as it takes about 1 hour to find a taxi cab! It is kind of expensive too to travel back and forth to La Medina.
The hotel offers no complimentary water bottles to hotel guests!!
The breakfast time is unreliable at all.
If you are in a hurry for a scheduled excursion or to go to the airport, there is nobody to assist you in a reasonable amount of time.
Hotel staff can barely speak English, just one person at the reception of there at all.
The Hamman and SPA has not guest friendly opening time, as it operated only from 9am to 5 pm. A four or five star hotel should have it instead open till 10pm to allow guests, after s day off to excursions, to be pampered at the SPA. This is not the case there!
There is no breakfast buffet at all, but just a continental breakfast.
Table service is very sloppy (e.g.: no napkins, etc).
Hotel facilities are osolete: room door lock was faulty, upon arrival there was a plumbing problem which caused no running water for hours from the bathrooms taps and nobody warned me!! There is no attention to guests, especially if they have paid in advance with EXPEDIA.
Even the room was noisy as just next to the air conditioning compressors of the whole hotel.
Only the swimming pool and the garden are good. Good sized pool for swimming.
