Sheets smelled sour. Two men came in the room when I wasnât there talking about the maintenance but my wife and daughter was in the room and it was 930 am and the sign was on the door. They said they were changing locks. Who cares you didnât knock and the sign was up
Our one-night stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellentâplenty of options and delicious. Overall, a pleasant experience, and Iâd definitely stay here again.
We had a great room. Everything was clean and the receptionist staff was very kind and friendly!! We definitely recommend and will stay here next time we are in town. đ
This is not a place for resting, I stayed here for 2 very expensive nights, and both morning had to wake up before 8:30am since the cleaning crew just started banging buckets and running vacum cleaners. When i went to reception to complain about it, the answer was, âthis is the time that they clean the roomsâ and that âit is like this in all hotelsâ. Sadly for them i travel a lot for work and i know for a fact that this is not real. Very Disappointed i would get my money back if i could. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is by far my worse experience at a Hilton hotel.
I chose this hotel for its location and that was a benefit. Almost positive I had stomach issues from the food served at breakfast. There were multiple long hairs stuck on different things in the bathroom that were not mine and stay even after a "cleaning". I also got in very late 2am and was then called repeatedly to be woken up to run my credit card number again at 4:30am. I found this to be quite annoying and unnecessary as the hotel already had my information and the courteous thing would be to just ask for it the following day not while I was trying to get as much sleep as possible before my work that morning.
The hotel is updating flooring, wall covers, etc. Third floor was complete and very nice. No distraction from the work being done on secondifloor which was closed to visitors. Everything was very nice.
