THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AT THE HOSTEL, AND THE STAFF MEMBER DURING THE EVENING SHIFT, ANDRE I BELIEVE IS HIS NAME GIVES A VERY WIERD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RUDE, NOT EXACTLY BAD. HE COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT ALL THE THINGS HE NEEDS TO DO, KEEP AN EYE ON THE FRONT DOOR, DO THE CHECK IN, SEE IF THE WATER TANK IS FULL.. ETC. HE HAS DONDE THIS TWICE WITH ME AND ITS NONSE. HE COMPLAINED TO ME THAT IT ITS MORE DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO TAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THAN PAYING WITH CASH, ALSO COMPLAINED TO ME ABOUT ALL THE THINGS HE HAS TO DO.
HE GIVES ALL THIS INFORMATION TO A CUSTOMER THAT ONLY WANTS TO CHECK IN AND GO TO SLEEP, IT SEEMS HE SHOULD BE COMPLAINING TO HIS MANAGER.
I REALLY WILL CONSIDER STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE ON MY NEXT TRIP TO MEXICO CITY BECAUSE OF THIS, THERE ARE OTHER HOSTELS AROUND WITH SAME PRICES AND LESS NONSENSE. TELL HIM TO STOP DOING THIS NONSE COMPLAINING.
