We had an incredible stay. The location was perfect being in the old town of Heidelberg. The breakfast was great and I highly recommend paying the small extra fee for it. The service provided by the hotel, in particular Ursula was top notch. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

This is the cutest hotel close to everything. The only issue we had was where to park. Hotel should instruct where to park in their check in instructions. Breakfast was outstanding and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Love our stay!!!
It was a perfect location for us to explore Christmas market. We took a bus from the nearest station and the bus stop was happened to be almost right in front of the hotel. That was a nice surprise after a long international flight. The check in was a breeze and the front staff was very nice and we were able to checkin and get into our room before 3 as the room was already clean. The checkout went smoothly. We had a different staff and she was also so friendly. We didn’t choose breakfast option this time as we had another plan so I cannot comment on that. All in all, a fantastic stay!!!

Exceptionally friendly staff with a beautiful hotel in a great location. As with any place in this part of Europe, the rooms can be a bit warm this time of year, but I don’t believe this was much of a problem as there was a fan in the room and fantastic windows. I highly recommend this place to anyone couple looking to travel. The staff also provided fantastic dinner recommendations and spoke perfect English.
