Newly-looking, nice hotel in good location
The hotel is located about 5-10 Minutes relaxed walk from the nearest subway entrance and about 10-15 minutes walk from Namba station where you can reach the Airport Express. It's not on the main road so it's very quiet at night. A convenience store is right at the next corner, several restaurants are nearby.
The room size was good for Japan, I had enough space to move around. The interior looked well-maintained and not very old. The mattress was firm and comfortable.
The bathroom is the typical Japanese all-plastics one. Unfortunately it's a little bit small and sitting on the toilet means directly sitting on the wall. The main problem for me was the height in the shower. Right above the bathtub is the air conditioning located, so it was difficult to get the shower head above my head.
The hotel staff is very nice, can speak English well and is helpful with any questions.
The breakfast is offered in the lobby which is very nicely decorated. Unfortunately the breakfast itself can't keep up with it, it was very disappointing.
During my stay there were some renovation works in the hotel and one day I woke up from noise in the morning. The workers shouldn't start before 10 or better 11.
