We did not end up staying here, and luckily was able to get our money back after much trouble. I accidentally booked this hotel due to an an accurate picture of barber motorsports being attached to it on hotels.com thinking it was the hotel across the street from barber motorsports. Within 10 minutes of booking I am mediately called and attempted to cancel and explained what happened days in lied, and said it was up to hotels.com, however, hotels.com stated it was up to days inn. Clearly it was the hotel that was lying. We went there, not wanting to lose our money and the lady told us we could go take a look before we checked in. The first room had rat poop in the vent, spiderwebs with spiders on the walls and Roly Poly on the floor. After showing her the lady said it was our fault bc we went in the room unassisted. She said this had never happened before - I said that’s hard to believe. So I agreed to go to a different room on the second floor, only to find more mold and something like a spilled milkshake that had never been cleaned inside the vent. After taking more photos and videos and advising, I would be sharing the information they finally agreed to let us out of the booking. It was a horrific experience that put us through a ton of trouble during a time when we had just returned from out of town to find a mini tornado had come through our neighborhood and done a lot of damage and we were without power. Never ever recommend this hotel due to the customer service.
