No elevator and bathroom with hair and dried vomit
Upon arrival, I was informed elevator was out of service. Although desk clerk related correct phone number, there had been no contact to me reporting no elevator service or to give me opportunity to change my reservation to another hotel. She stated that they had tried to contact me that same day but also claimed they were having problems with their phone lines as well. So climbing stairs to 3rd floor less than optimal when carrying luggage but also required going outside to get to stairs during a very rainy weekend. No accommodation for inconvenience such as complimentary breakfast. Of note, when I asked how long elevator was out of service to Bill who kindly helped carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, he honestly told me elevators were out of service for “2 weeks” and yet no notification of this prior to my check in and reservations made more than 2 weeks in advance.
In addition, there was hair on toilet and tub and what appeared to be remnants of dried up vomit in the tub.
