Did not bother to inform me in advance about advance payment, nor bothered to inform me in advance about cash payment.
I've already mentioned that I can't access their line contact for some reason, that was told 3 times to communicate via line. Obviously failed to listen
When I'm stuck outside, she even insist that I'll need to make payment before can enter... till I said I'll make the payment after putting my luggage. Totally a failed in handling simple operations and basic communication!
When I asked how to key in 6 digit in a 4 digit lock, instead of telling me to key in from the door, the reply was just to provide me once again when my 6 digit. Staff that don't bother to read nor listen. Really frustrated speaking to them!
