The property is nice, and in a great location. The condo is spacious and there is a great view.
Cleanliness: Sand was all over the floors when we checked in.
No beach towels or pool towels, only small white hotel towels.
Front door had a huge gap between the door and the frame. You could hear and feel hot air coming through it.
There was probably 1/8-1/4 inch gap. Was a little concerned for our safety. The door didn't seem secure.
The front desk staff is very unattentive, not friendly, or helpful.
The elevator was out of commission on 2 days. We were on the 7th floor and had a baby, 2 kids, and $200 worth of groceries that we had to carry up the stairs.
Several people have been stuck on the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire dept. The fire dept. finally made them shut it down.
We evacuated due to hurricane Milton. Our house was damaged and we had to leave a day earlier and asked for refund for that one night. The said it is our policy to never refund. I explained that this was a hurricane issue and should be refunded. They did not care that houses were destroyed and people needed to get home for insurance issues. I needed that $200 more than this massive company needed it. I will never book through PHG. They oversee over 8000 properties and do not care for individuals.
