We enjoyed our stay. Very nice Cabana number 2. Large room and balcony. Confortable bed. We slept really well. The Beach Club offered us towels, umbrella and beach beds, good service and good band for live music. There are a lot of restaurants around and downtown is few minutes away by walking.

Staff was not on their game. It’s okay, I’m patient. But it’s not a good look. Cabanas are ruuuussstic. Holes above doorways and not as well kept as we’d expect… and we didn’t expect much. Restaurant staff smiled a lot but did not do a lot; service is slow. Beach staff, rude. That’s all.

​The best part of this hotel is definitely the location. It’s steps away from the beach and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and the city center. The rooms were clean and the food was good. ​However, the service left a lot to be desired. Some waiters seemed only interested in tips and clearly prioritized American or Canadian guests, which felt very unprofessional. Additionally, the lobby and its restrooms are in poor condition, and the beach beds/mattresses are completely worn out. Great potential, but needs better management.

The room was very clean, the staff were all lovely and accomodating/.The Kabanas had a lot of stairs, the room was small and could have used beside tables and lamps. It is very noisy at night until at least midnight as there is live music close by. The Kabanas are not a good choice for those who want a quiet place.

Nice beach resort hotel. Pool is kid friendly however no views of ocean. Bar friendly great music and wait staff. Our room was a second story king. Bed was comfy true king bed. However if it rained we could see holes in thatch roof that could be a problem

We stayed in the lower level of a cabana, which was perfect since we had an inflatable standup paddleboard, which gave us plenty of room to store it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach club is a great benefit. We suggest adding hooks or pegs in the cabanas to facilitate getting stuff off the floor and places to hang to dry.

My daughter and I spent 4 lovely days in one of the beautiful Cabanas on the property. The beach was footsteps away with the best beach staff for fresh foods and cocktails. At night we dined at local restaurants that had the best food I’ve had in this area of Mexico. Thank you to the entire staff and the town of Puerto Morelos for making us feel like family! We will definitely be back!!

This place has the coolest hideaway vibe. Great staff and amazing food and c Value. The restaurant overlooks the beach and the food is top notch. I was given a room with no windows, and when I asked for a different room I was rudely told that I had chosen the room from pictures on Expedia. The light fixture over the bed had about 50 dead bugs inside. The hot and cold taps in the shower were mismatched, and the shower head was clogged. The decking around the pool was rotted and full of holes.
