Property was immaculate, rooms were clean, no bigs, no stains. The water pressure was low but still got the job done. Will def stay here again!

No complaints! I went in with low expectations, and I am happy with what I got at the low price I paid. The motel staff greeted us with a great attitude, checking in and out was simple and fast, and you have the convenience of parking your vehicle right outside your door. There's a food truck next door with great outdoor seating and an impressive menu, the food was delicious.

Smelly & dirty The room appeared clean from afar, but my once white socks tell a different story. Sitting at the table in my “deluxe” room, my bare knees were tormented by old spider webs. The washroom had an over powering sewage odour which rendered the bathroom unusable. Running the water did not correct the smell either. Raising my concerns with the office yielded no result. I was left to forfeit my two night stay and find alternate accommodations.

This was a very clean, up-to-date and friendly motel. Very quiet and felt very safe. Good fry truck right next door and a convenient distance from downtown Dunnville. Could have used more cable channels.
