We really enjoyed our stay here in the family suite. It's a condo on the side of a beach front building. Just a few short steps out to the boardwalk, then the beach! Our family of six adults/teens were comfortable. We would stay again!

Overall this was a great trip!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very clean each day. The breakfast that was offered had a nice selection to choose from. Easy walk to the beach from our room by the pool. The rooms were in good condition and the shower water pressure was decent. My only suggestion is make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner, because there was none provided. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room 202 was clean and smelled nice. The hotel is in an excellent location. I would say about 200 feet from the beach. My only complain is they have to replace the mattress. I was not comfortable at all. My husband and I did not have a restful sleep. You sink in the middle and I tried sleeping in the bottom of the bed and it was the same. The AC worked well. We got enough towels. The staff and manager were great. The only thing needed is to replace the mattress in room 202 . I don’t know if any other Mattress need replacement, but if they do, replace them. You have a great property. I would stay again. Regads, Josephine and Sid Lugo

It was a good stay in the apartment. plenty of free on street and off street parking. early check in is nice. Parking permit is for 1 vehicle for the 2 bedroom apartment. however there is plenty on street parking. Nicely remodeled. staff there late. cleaning lady comes and asks if you need anything. Comfortable stay. the Queen bed in master room is a little small. Kitchen washer and dryer is great. Living room is spacious. 3 tvs one in each bedroom. Ocean and boardwalk view. Pool area nice and clean. they offer a to go continental breakfast with an egg, cheese, sausage sandwich. Bring your own beach towels. not sure where sand wash off area is. Enjoy for a nice little family get away.

Location is great, great priced rooms, but staff and amenities where lacking this trip. This has been my second trip to Eden Rock. 1st was amazing. So i decided to book again. Staff was great when you could find them, tried calling office and going to the office no answer for a good hr and a half. 8 am strict breakfast start time, breakfast was ok if you like a water cooler 6oz cup of coffee and a microwaved breakfast sandwich. Room was as advertised so no complaints there, but wish they had more bathroom amenities and not just a partially used roll of TP, but when I asked they gladly gave me 2 rolls, Then top it off the pay to play ice machine decides when it wants to work and that was half the time! As a warning DO NOT!! walk outside without shoes or footwear. Its not really the hotels fault but other people the whole ally between the hotels has broken bottles and glass from trash collection.

I like everything , was clean room with a full bed is little bit smaller , but for two people and spend the nights are ok .. the pool is very clean , very close to boardwalk, store close , Catholic Church two blocks down . The parking lot very nice , Internet good ,, I highly recommend , the AC work super good … very quit place to stay . I will came . I enjoy the stay-in 😊😊😊😊👌👌👌

The room was clean however, I didnt feel it was 100% it felt very mucky in the room . With the air on high . I constantly felt sticky and my feet felt like walked in sand or dirt walking across the floor with my slides on. The parking does is not the best but tolerable. No handicap parking wich isn't good for any special needs kiddo ( as mine) and anyone for that matter! I skipped their breakfast as I heard it was frozen breakfast sandwiches. I never checked it out. The place need a upgrade badly. I felt like there were bugs crawling on me in the bed . The pool was nice and clean .

My fiance, and I decided on ocean city for our vacation and this motel. We checked in Monday with check out as Saturday. When we arrived at the motel check in was so easy and smooth along with the sweet new lady. We were provided with all Information regarding the pool code, breakfast times, and the wifi password also resturants in the area. We were steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The pros regarding the hotel would be the staff, the clean pool and surroundings, the closeness to the beach and things to do along with resturants, the room size and the cleanliness of the room, the ice machine being so close along with a guest bathroom outside of the room and a sandmat to spray off. The cons of the motel would be parking as there is on-site parking two nights out of 5 we had to park in a grass lot across the street because there were too many vehicles, no coffee pot in the room, the complimentary breakfast was such that, the pool was super cold which could use a heater even being outside as places around had them, having to ask for 4 towels in the room a day and asking them to clean the room and change our towels daily, and changing our bedding on the 3rd/4th night. I feel as if you are apart of a longer stay they would clean the room daily without you having to ask and change bedding atleast once. Ontop of that having onsite parking yet having to park across the street was a no for me especially in grass. We loved our stay however our concerns went nowhere we felt.
