Property is run down and a disaster, maid staff entered the room without knocking. Shower halfway functioned, doors didn’t always lock or close. Would not recommend or every stay again

Where I stayed on 3 floor seemed like some renovations going on Staff checked me in promptly used elevator pretty nice no shower chair but bathroom looked fine everything worked fine.Comfortable bed, curtain in need of replacement.Good air and heat not overly noisey ,great view from 3 rd floor toward the south loop 289.easy access from southwest of building.For the price one of the most economical probably would stay their again if I needed a place in Lubbock.Had the complementary coffee not bad it helped LOL!!

Do NOT stay here!! This place was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. The floor in my room was so dirty they charged me $10 for a towel that got ruined when I had to wipe the floor in the bathroom to even go in there. All hours of the day and night there were Adults that would hang out in the parking lot and would try to get into people's cars and one of the night shift ladies is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at any hotel. I will say the ONLY good thing at this place was their daytime staff they were all very nice. You would be happier and safer just sleeping in your car than staying here.

Halls and rooms dirty. Bedding had fresh stains. Had to call for them to replace bedding. Keys didn’t work had to go back down to get new keys. Half of the outlets didn’t work. And the light next to the bed didn’t work. Paint all over the floor in the room due to remodeling.

Morons at the front desk don't know when a room is occupied. Sent me to a room that already had people in it when I checked in, then let me believe someone was trying to break into my room at 1:50a when they sent someone to my room. No door lock latch in my first room. Lamps didn't work in the second room they moved me to. AC had no dials so no idea how to control the AC. This place should be leveled and let the prairiedogs have the land back.

Well the bathroom of the ceiling to where I take a shower at how to leak the water was not hot enough I would recommend a security guard over there at that hotel a lot of people yell and fighting screaming at night time and then early in the morning before check out my neighbor accused me of having his wife in my room two times banging on my door

This hotel was extremely filthy and not family friendly. It’s located in a very shady part of town, and we were told that locals avoid the area after dark. People were openly smoking weed at the entrance and throughout the hallways, which made the entire building smell. The hallways themselves were filthy, and unfortunately our room was no better. The bathroom was covered in dog hair, and the sheets, bedding, and towels all had visible stains. Several basic amenities also didn’t work properly. The smoke detector was not functioning, the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool, and the refrigerator didn’t keep our food cold, causing it to spoil. Overall, the place appeared poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. At one point, I saw a hotel employee walking down the hallway simply spraying Lysol into the air. It gave the impression that odors were being masked rather than the area being properly cleaned. Overall, the experience felt unsanitary and uncomfortable, and based on this stay I would not choose this hotel again. Don't believe the photos. This isn't the great deal it appears to be. Avoid this hotel.
