My check-in experience was frustrating, as I had to use three different cards due to a faulty system before finally getting checked in. The most concerning issue, however, was when my daughter got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. She was panicked and anxious, and when she was finally able to get off, staff casually mentioned, ‘This always happens,’ which is completely unacceptable. She refused to use the elevator for the rest of our stay. On a positive note, the breakfast was great, and the room was clean, but the safety concerns and lack of urgency from staff made this a disappointing experience.
