There's nothing 4-star about this hotel.
I was disappointed with my stay.
It lacks the comforts normally offered by a hotel in this category.
Apart from the exceptional view from the room, there's nothing exceptional to highlight.
The bed is not comfortable, there is no water pressure in the bathroom, the towels are of poor quality and very stiff (only 2 large ones per day).
Even if you're in Colombia, don't expect coffee in the rooms. The hotel offers 2 mini-bottles of water on arrival, after which you have to pay.
Breakfast is bad and repetitive.
This hotel stands out only for its swimming pool on the 12th floor, with its view of the sea, and also the view from the rooms.
