We booked for a one night stay. I did not experience the check in process as another member of my party checked in. But our room was VERY worn and tired feeling. The carpet was in need of a major deep clean. The sofa and side chairs looked nice but were stained as were the dining chairs.
The one pull out sofa would not properly pull out. Neither bathroom door had a lock. In fact you had to use the handles a certain way or you would get stuck. One tub had a steady stream of water leaking all night and the other bathroom toilet had to have the handle wiggled after using or it would continue to run.
The bed was comfortable. But the room had a total ick factor to it.
