Worst experience in my travelling history.
Made my reservation via Hotels.com, which didn't provide me with enough information where to check-in, whom to contact on-site etc as this facility is far from a common hotel check-in system. It's not even close to the check-in system of Airbnb.
Had to run around with all our equipment between Tower 1&2, and 3&4 to find out where we could get our keys.
We were greeted by the building's security staff who had no clue although they had all the necessary papers in place. Issue? Security staff taking care of check-in process doesn't make any sense as it's NOT their job!!!!
Arriving at around 16:00, check-in took us 1 hour and 15 minutes. ONE HOUR!!!!
-Room condition: YOU CAN GET BETTER DEALS.
-Cleanliness: EXTREMELY BAD. Especially the bathroom. Looks like the bathroom hasn't been properly cleaned once since its opening. Ants in the kitchen, which bites.
-WiFi: GREAT. The only thing that worked properly.
-Value for Money: NOT WORTH!
And please don't refer to 'room cleaning' as putting some new towels on the bed. Cleaning the room means mopping the floor, properly cleaning the kitchen, taking out the trash, exchanging bed sheets, and actually cleaning the toilet using water and cleaning fluids & tools.
Surrounding areas also becomes unsafe after 23:00.
CONCLUSION: Looks great on picture, reality is exactly the opposite.
