The hotel itself is really good, same goes for my room which was pretty neat and tidy. Unfortunately, WiFi didn't work during my stay. So, all in all, I enjoyed my stay BUT... From my experience, the service is just terrible. Unfortunately, the reception wasn’t occupied when I left early in the morning, so I couldn’t ask for an invoice at check-out. Okay, just bad luck, that's why I contacted the hotel via mail, kindly asking if they can provide an invoice for my company. To keep a long story short: Despite three phone calls, where it has been promised to send it „today“, and a second mail in the past days, I still haven’t received the invoice. That's just disappointing and highly unprofessional.
