we loved this little place. 5 minutes from circus maximus, palatine hill and colosseum, it is a perfect base for sight seeing. Rome is bustling with energy, here you have a quiet spot in the middle of everything. amazing!
I think they had reduced staff a bit when we arrived, so breakfast was a bit chaotic, but not too bad to complain, and also the bathroom could have used a bit more cleaning. but it looked like this was not the standard, just that it is hard in corona times to keep everything going with lots of staff, so it was not too bad.
breakfast was a good selection, to get you going in the morning. fried food, eggs and bacon, some nice juices. good strong coffee!
service was friendly and and easy going. if we ever get to rome again, this is the place we will stay, it was overall really really nice!
they have parking inside, very convenient!
one tip: you can walk to everything from here, but if you do get tired- try the e-scooters. fun!
also, some restaurants around the corner, but research a bit first - i used thefork.it for quick reservations.
