The reception staff were very attentive and were very polite and helpful. The cleaning lady was also very helpful. The room was lovely, but there were things that did not work - the power point next to the bed. The bathroom was not well designed. Huge sink that was not necessary and took up a lot of the bench space, but in saying that, there was ample space underneath. The shower head was bad. You could not point the shower head downwards. The toilet was too close to the wall and your arm kept hitting the toilet roll holder. Had to ask for more toilet paper and more coffee sache's. Some of the lights did not work. The breakfast was the let down. The first morning on the Terrace, which was stunning, there was no staff and eventually the girl arrived and I had breakfast - traditional Turkish breakfast which was nice, and accompanied with a fried egg. The second morning - no staff, waited 10 minutes and returned to my room to phone reception and let them know. The same girl, who put the traditional Turkish Breakfast, but this time, no egg was offered and no honey with the Kaymak. The coffee was dreadful. I was there out of season, but that is no excuse.
