At breakfast 9:00 am there is no service for cleaning tables or dispatching clean cutlery you have to do it yourself, even with two waiters around,
10:00 am at the desk check out Mr Alrron I think is his name, in a very funny way he tried to do as slow as possible he could as I ask for a receipt for my company of my staying he took 15 min to deliver a sheet with the information, it seems he don’t know how to read as the information was written wrong, this hotel is new and the reception personnel that hired for the frontal desk are incapable to perform a service job for their customers, I think that’s how you end a good fortune to it’s beginning, my advice is to get ride of this reception personnel and find competent people who knows how to work with customer without been joking around like a clown, at the end with a cynical face smiling after let me waiting while he was watching at TV or anything else he could do outside his job deliver a piece of paper without envelope as I have to ask for one at least I was so furious that I didn’t check for the details when I go out later on Just find out he wrote all wrong in purpose, very stupid and immature attitude.
