The communication between SpringHill and Hotels-com was terrible. The hotel checked me in, but then kicked me out of the room after the first night and said they had no record of my booking, and then they double charged me, and then when I tried to clear that up, they said I had to call back 4 days later to talk to the general manager. Also, it turns out if I would have booked direct, I would have saved money compared to what Hotels-com charged me.
